• Wet your dog’s coat thoroughly with warm water
• Apply a small amount of shampoo and gently massage into the coat and skin
• Leave on for 2-5 minutes to allow active ingredients to work

What makes it a ‘deep cleanse’?

Alongside gentle coconut-derived cleansers, we've included chlorhexidine to support skin hygiene, plus Aloe Vera, Panthenol and Glycerin to help maintain skin and coat comfort. So you're getting a thorough clean without relying on added fragrance to simply make your dog smell clean.

How often should I use it?

We recommend approximately every 2–4 weeks or as needed. It's designed as a deeper cleanse rather than an everyday shampoo.

Why do I leave it on for 2 minutes?

Rather than applying it and immediately washing it down the plughole, giving the shampoo around 2 minutes of contact time allows you to properly work the formula across the skin and coat before thoroughly rinsing it away.

Do I need to shampoo twice?

Not every time. One thorough wash is normally enough. If your dog is particularly dirty, you can shampoo twice — the first wash helps remove surface dirt, oils and build-up, while the second allows you to work the shampoo more thoroughly through the already-cleansed coat.
