Returns & Refund Policy

At Bully Beauty®, we hope you and your dog love our products. However, if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • You must have proof of purchase (e.g. order number or confirmation email).

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at bark@bullybeauty.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

We will provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is unwanted but not faulty, return postage is your responsibility.

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return postage or provide a replacement.

We recommend using a tracked service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • Refunds are for the product cost only (excluding original delivery charges), unless the item was faulty.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please request a return and place a new order separately.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us immediately at bark@bullybeauty.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the product and the issue

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a refund or replacement.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider again.

  2. Contact your bank, as it may take time to process.

  3. If you still haven’t received it after 10 working days, email us at bark@bullybeauty.co.uk.
