My order hasn't arrived, where is it?
If your order is taking longer than expected, please check your tracking information first. If you still need help, get in touch and we'll be happy to investigate.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship to the UK, Ireland, Denmark and the USA.
If your country isn't listed, don't worry! We'd still love to help. Simply get in touch with us and we'll check the shipping costs for your location. In many cases, we're able to arrange delivery to other countries both within and outside of Europe. 🩵
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling your subscription is quick and easy:
- Log in to your account.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Click Manage next to your active subscription.
- From there, you'll have three options:
- Skip – Miss your next scheduled order, then your subscription will automatically continue as normal after that.
- Pause – Temporarily stop your subscription. No further orders or payments will be taken until you're ready to reactivate it.
- Cancel – Permanently end your subscription. No future orders or payments will be taken unless you choose to start a new subscription.

How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days. Once dispatched, UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you should normally receive your order within around 5 working days of placing it.
Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and local customs.
