Welcome to Bully Beauty®. These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you use www.bullybeauty.co.uk, purchase from us or interact with our services.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Misuse or attempt to interfere with the website;
• Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
• Use our website or content for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers or website.

3. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, instructions and prices are accurate.

Images are for illustrative purposes and colours, packaging or appearance may vary slightly.

We may update packaging, formulations, product descriptions or availability where necessary.

If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed with the corrected information or receive a refund.

4. Dog Skincare & Product Results

Every dog is different.

Skin type, coat type, allergies, sensitivities, environment, lifestyle and existing skin concerns may affect how an individual dog responds to a product.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee that any Bully Beauty® product will produce a particular result for every dog.

Our skincare products are intended for cosmetic, cleansing and grooming purposes unless clearly stated otherwise.

They are not veterinary medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

If your dog has persistent, severe or unexplained skin problems, you should seek veterinary advice.

5. Product Safety & Use

Products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided on the packaging or product page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, skincare products are for external use only and should not be intentionally ingested.

Some products may contain ingredients that are generally suitable for use around areas that dogs may lick, but this does not mean the products are intended to be eaten.

Keep products safely stored and out of reach of pets when not in use.

Individual sensitivities can occur. Stop using a product if your dog develops irritation or an unexpected reaction and seek veterinary advice where appropriate.

We recommend patch testing new skincare products on a small area before wider use.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase products subject to these Terms.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable;
• There has been an obvious pricing or listing error;
• Payment has not been authorised;
• We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or
• We cannot fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

7. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected market and include VAT where legally applicable.

Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be shown before you complete checkout.

Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

We do not directly store your full card details.

8. Promotions, Discounts & Free Gifts

Discount codes, promotions and free gifts may be subject to additional terms stated at the time of the promotion.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
• Only one promotional code may be used per order;
• Promotions may be amended or withdrawn where reasonably necessary; and
• Free gifts are subject to availability.

Our current website offers free UK shipping on qualifying orders over £40, where stated.

9. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown in our Shipping Policy.

UK orders are normally sent using a tracked Royal Mail service.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.

However, this does not remove any rights you have under UK consumer law.

10. Missing, Delayed or Misdelivered Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, missing or tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate it, please contact us at bark@bullybeauty.co.uk.

We will investigate with the delivery provider where appropriate.

Where we arrange delivery, responsibility for the goods remains with us until they are delivered to you or another person/location nominated by you, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

If you have specifically selected a Safeplace, neighbour or alternative delivery location, this may be relevant when determining whether delivery has been completed.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Returns & Refunds

Eligible unused and unopened products may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare or grooming products that have been opened, unsealed or used cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or your legal rights otherwise apply.

Returning a product simply because it did not produce the individual result you hoped for does not automatically entitle you to a refund where the product is otherwise satisfactory, as described and fit for its intended purpose.

12. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at bark@bullybeauty.co.uk.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it.

If it has already been dispatched, the applicable returns and cancellation process will apply.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory cancellation rights you may have for eligible online purchases.

13. Faulty or Incorrect Products

Your products must meet the standards required by UK consumer law, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.

If you believe an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us and provide your order number and photographs where possible.

We will deal with the matter in accordance with your statutory rights.

14. Reviews, Photos & User-Submitted Content

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph, video or other content to Bully Beauty®, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.

Where you give us permission to use it, we may reproduce or share the content for purposes such as:

• Our website;
• Social media;
• Advertising;
• Email marketing; or
• Other Bully Beauty® promotional materials.

We will not knowingly publish unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content.

The Bully Beauty® name, branding, logos, website content, product photography, graphics, written content and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Bully Beauty LTD unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission.

We aim to keep our website available and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may temporarily suspend or update parts of the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was formed.

We are also not responsible for problems caused by misuse of products, failure to follow instructions or use contrary to the purpose for which the product was supplied, except where the law provides otherwise.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Our website may contain links to or use services provided by third parties, including payment, delivery, social media and other providers.

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites that we do not operate.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on this page, and the Last updated date will be amended when changes are made.

Changes will not remove rights that have already arisen under an existing contract.
