Welcome to Bully Beauty®. By accessing or using our website (www.bullybeauty.co.uk), purchasing our products, or interacting with our services, you agree to the Terms of Service outlined below. Please read them carefully.

This website is operated by Bully Beauty LTD. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Bully Beauty®. By using our site and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

To use our website or purchase products, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or

  • Have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Information & Availability

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, and prices. However, we reserve the right to:

  • Correct errors or inaccuracies without notice.

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time.

  • Cancel or refuse orders where availability or pricing is incorrect.

If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you to offer a substitute or refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely via the methods shown at checkout.

5. Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked service.

  • Dispatch Time: Within 2 working days, excluding bank holidays.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £35.

  • Delays: May occur during high-volume periods such as Christmas or major events like Crufts.

6. Returns & Refunds

You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  • Please email info@bullybeauty.co.uk to initiate a return.

7. Lost or Stolen Parcels

If Royal Mail confirms your order was delivered (especially to a Safeplace), we are not liable for any loss or theft after delivery. For further help, refer to Royal Mail Safeplace Support.

8. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, the return process applies.

9. Non-Edible Products Disclaimer

None of our products are edible.
While some may contain naturally derived ingredients or carry “lick-safe” reassurance when used in moderation (e.g. balms applied to paws or noses), they are not intended for ingestion. Excessive licking or consumption of any product can be harmful and may result in serious illness or death.

Bully Beauty® is not liable for any consequences arising from ingestion or misuse of our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are used appropriately and stored safely out of reach of pets when not in use.

10. Health Disclaimer & Patch Testing

We are committed to your dog’s safety but recognise that individual sensitivities may occur.

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or adverse effects.

  • Always consult your veterinarian before introducing any new product to your dog’s care routine.

  • Perform a patch test on a small area before full application.

11. User Comments, Feedback, Testimonials, Reviews and Other Submissions

When you submit content to us, including reviews, testimonials, or feedback, you agree that:

  • We may use, reproduce, edit, and publish this content in any format or medium.

  • We are not obligated to maintain it in confidence or pay compensation.

  • Submissions must not be false, abusive, or violate any laws.

12. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in our product information, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such issues and to update or cancel orders accordingly.

We are not responsible for:

  • Reactions due to allergies, misuse, or failure to follow directions.

  • Delivery delays or losses caused by Royal Mail or third parties.

  • Ingestion or inappropriate use of non-edible products.

Use all products only as directed and under appropriate supervision.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of any changes.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
