At Bully Beauty®, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly and securely.

Dispatch & Delivery

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, excluding bank holidays. If you need your product sooner for whatever reason, please reach out and we will see what we can do to prioritise it as customer satisfaction is important to us.

  • Delivery Method: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked service.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free UK delivery on orders over £35.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please Note: During peak periods, such as Christmas or major events like Crufts, dispatch times may be extended.

Parcel Stolen After Delivery to a Safe Place

If you have designated a 'Safeplace' for delivery and your parcel is marked as delivered but is missing, please refer to Royal Mail's guidance on this matter: Royal Mail Help Centre+1Royal Mail+1

Delivery Time Exceeded

Item Out of Stock After Order

In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will:

  • Notify you promptly via email.

  • Offer alternatives if available.

  • Provide a full refund for the out-of-stock item if no suitable alternative is found.
